How car shipping works
1. Get an instant estimate
Enter your pickup and delivery locations and your vehicle. Our estimate uses road distance, vehicle size, open vs. enclosed transport and whether the car runs.
2. Confirm your rate
A shipping advisor contacts you to confirm the exact addresses, dates and rate. Nothing is booked, and no payment is taken, until you approve.
3. A carrier is assigned
We book your vehicle with a vetted, FMCSA-registered carrier already running your route and give you the pickup window and driver contact.
4. Pickup and inspection
The driver inspects the vehicle with you and notes its condition on the bill of lading. Keep your copy.
5. Delivery
At delivery, inspect the car against the bill of lading before signing. Note any new damage on the paperwork right away.
