Who can use the load board

Motor carriers with an active USDOT number, active for-hire operating authority, and current auto liability and cargo insurance. You must keep your insurance current; an expired certificate pauses booking until you upload a new one.

Booking

Accepting a load at the posted pay, or having a counter-offer approved, is a commitment to haul it at that rate within the pickup window. If you can't, release it from "My loads" before pickup so we can re-dispatch it. A rate confirmation for each load sets out the final terms.

The vehicle and the customer

Inspect the vehicle with the customer at pickup and delivery and note its condition on the bill of lading. Use the customer's contact details only to complete that load.

Independent carrier

You operate as an independent motor carrier and are responsible for your drivers, equipment, permits and compliance with FMCSA and state rules. Ship2Shore Logistics arranges transportation as a broker.
